Following our earlier communications, we are excited to announce that EC Rubio and Fegamo y Vasaf have successfully concluded the negotiation process for the integration of Fegamo y Vasaf into EC Rubio.
As of April 1, 2024, we embark on a new and exciting chapter in the history of EC Rubio and establish a strong presence in such an important market as Monterrey City.
Both firms shared the goal of consolidating as leaders in the legal market in Mexico and Latin America. This vision was complemented by shared values, such as excellence in the provision of legal services, professional ethics, corporate social responsibility and a client-oriented culture.
