  • Alma Oviedo specializes in Labor & Employment Law. She has successfully led high-profile individual and collective litigation matters, as well as processes for the establishing and closing companies, employer substitutions, individual and collective labor terminations and compliance procedures before agencies such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and STPS.
  • Eduardo Cortés is a lawyer in the Labor & Employment practice. He advises local and international clients with a focus on dispute prevention. Eduardo has experience in complex labor audits, planning and designing innovative labor structures for different types of companies across industries as well as in litigation of individual and collective matters before Labor Boards.

  • Elisa Cortés is a lawyer at the Firm with over 16 years of experience in all aspects of Labor & Employment Law in Mexico. She advises local and international companies with a comprehensive approach to consulting, litigation and administrative matters before labor authorities.
  • Jimena Acosta advises clients from various industries in international trade and commercialization processes. Her deep knowledge of Foreign Trade Law, Regulatory Law, and Corporate Law has been key in resolving complex matters for clients and in compliance procedures before authorities such as PROFECO, COFEPRIS, CNBV and CNSF.
