Today, January 10th, 2019, the values of the Measurement and Update Unit (UMA) valid as of February 1st, 2019 were published.
In accordance with the procedure established in Article 4 of the Law to Determine the Value of the UMA, its value is updated as follows:
The daily value will be determined by multiplying the UMA of the previous year by one, plus the interannual variation of the National Consumer Price Index for the month of December of the previous year.
The monthly value will be the product of multiplying the daily value of the UMA by 30.4.
The annual value will be the product of multiplying the monthly value of the UMA by 12.
Based on the above, the National Institute of Statistics and Geography announces that the values for the UMA in 2019 are:
$ 84.49 Mexican pesos daily.
$ 2,568.50 Mexican pesos per month.
$ 30,822.00 Mexican pesos annually.
