The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) recently launched the Labor Complaints and Accidents System (SIQAL) a digital tool that allows Employees to quickly and easily report violations of their labor rights or workplace accidents.
For companies, this new system represents a key factor to consider in terms of labor compliance and risk prevention, as Employees now have a direct channel with the Authorities to enforce their rights.
