We are pleased to announce the incorporation of Reynold González-Villarreal as Of Counsel at EC Rubio in Ciudad Juárez. Reynold will bring his international experience in the labor, corporate, and compliance practices to the Firm.

Reynold specializes in corporate, labor, and compliance law, with over 25 years of experience in high-level cross-border transactions, as well as labor consulting and litigation. He was Managing Partner and leader of the corporate and labor practices at the law firm Calvo, Rentería y González, based in Ciudad Juárez. He recently served as General Counsel in companies in the energy and information technology sectors.He is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Counsel, the American Bar Association, and the US-Mexico Bar Association.
He holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez, an accounting degree from Texas Tech University, and a master’s degree in corporate and business law from a joint academic program between Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez and Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
